RUF Elsaesser Zwiebelkuchen (Alsatian onion tarte)

You need : for the base: 1 baking mix Onion tarte 100 ml water, 2 Table spoons oil For the onion filling: 500 g heavy cream, 100-200 g diced ham, 1/2 -1 table spoons caraway (ground or seeds), 50 g grated cheese (e.g. Colby). Preparation: 1. Filling - Mix Onion mix with cream, ham and Caraway. 2. Crust - Mix the baking mix with water and oil, until you have a smooth dough, form a ball and dust it with flour. 3. Baking - Grease Springform (ΓΈ 26 cm) and press dough into the form, build a 2 cm rim. Pour onion mix into the form and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes on 180 - 200 degrees.
