RUF Tarte aux amandes - Almond Cake

Almond delight! Soft and moist cake enjoyment with a fine almond flavour. Baked and finished off with the included almond and crunch topping, this moist cake is a real delicacy! Easy to make and always a success! * Mix 3 eggs and 125 g soft butter with the cake mix until batter is soft. Pour in round cake pan and top with 'Knuspermix" and almonds. Bake for 20 -25 minutes at 170 deg. Let it cool of in pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
