Quark Fix gives your quark or yoghurt dish a wonderfully creamy consistency and you receive a fruity-fresh dessert. As if made by grandma…simply delicious! Tip: Refine your quark dish with fresh strawberries or frozen fruits (thaw and drain well beforehand). This gives the quark dish even more freshness and fruitiness! *Whisk 200 ml of milk with cream powder, then mix with 250 g Quark or plain yoghurt. Keep cool until served.
