Cooking Instructions:Preheat oven to 180C. Grease loaf pan. Place baking mixture, butter !50g), eggs (3), and milk (60 ml) in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake on the lower rack of your oven for approx. 40 minutes. After 15 minutes baking cut the center approx.1/2” deep. After baking the loaf, let it rest for about 10 minutes in the loaf pan before removing it. Place the glaze mixture in a small bowl and add 2 Tbs. hot water. Glaze the still hot cake immediately and let it cool off on a cake rack.
