This is a fantastically delicious dish and everyone will think it took you all day to cook. But it's quick and easy. You'll need 250g (one cup) meat or poultry cut into strips (use Veal, Pork or Chicken - your preference) and 150g of Mushrooms (fresh or canned - drained). Sear your meat or poultry strips over a high heat in oil. Remove the meat from pan and keep warm. Sautee your mushrooms (cut into slices) in same pan (add more oil). Add 250 ml (1 cup) cold water to the mushrooms, and then stir in the contents of package. Bring to a boil while stirring and allow cooking for 1 minute. Add meat or poultry to the pan and allow to heat through. Ready to serve. Spaetzle, Roesti or Rice would make a wonderful side dish. Delicious!
