Brown the roast in hot oil. 2. Add 500 ml water, stir in the package contents and bring to a boil. 3. Cover and simmer at low heat for approx. 1 1/2 hr. Turn the roast after 45 minutes. 4. Cut meat into slices and soak in the sauce for a few minutes. 5. Serve with German Knoedel (available at Zuckerhut :)) and enjoy!
