RUF Creme Brulee

Just add: 250 ml (1/4 l) milk, 250 g cream 1. Put milk and cream in a cooking pot. 2. Add cream powder while stirring with wire whisk, and constantly stir until it boils. Stir at low heat and let cook for short time. 3. Fill into 4 dishes or in a glass bowl, let cool and then chill in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with caramel sugar approx. 10 min. before serving.
