UNPACK - Put the dumplings in their boil-in-bag into a pot with cold, salted water and leave for 10 minutes. 2. BOIL UP - Bring the dumplings to the boil and then leave them to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. 3. QUENCH - Quench the dumplings quickly under cold water. 4.
