This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to  these terms and agreed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

To purchase any alcohol you must be of legal drinking age in New Zealand. Any minors, who wish to use this site, must do so under the supervision of a guardian who agrees to be bound to the conditions of use. Any Zuckerhut account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Business Consumer Act of 1993. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. Zuckerhut reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains the correct items.

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of  Zuckerhut. You will be charged in New Zealand dollars. Zuckerhut reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

Your payment options are Visa, MasterCard, or American Expres. Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.

When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Zuckerhut will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

If an order is not received, or if an item is received in a damaged condition, a return claim MUST be filed with Zuckerhut within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email all relevant details of your claim to us. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.

Replacement:

If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.

Credit:

If a credit is required, the appropriate Zuckerhut account will be credited to the amount of the transaction at the time of purchase.

Refund:

If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment.

Returns due to a change of mind, cancellations or partial cancellations or any kind of exchanges will not be permitted once your order is in the system. So please choose carefully!!
