When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Zuckerhut will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
If an order is not received or if an item is received in a damaged condition, a return claim MUST be filed with Zuckerhut within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email all relevant details of your claim to us. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.
The following options will be made available:
Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate Zuckerhut account will be credited to the amount of the transaction at the time of purchase
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment
Returns due to a change of mind, cancellations or partial cancellations or any kind of exchanges will not be permitted once your order is in the system. So please choose carefully!!
