Shipping

We can send your order to any place in New Zealand. All our items are professionally packed for safe delivery. You may also request that your order be gift wrapped, which might incurr additional cost. We ship all products by regular mail within New Zealand.

We normally ship our products within three business days, after reception of cleared payment, unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Your order will be delivered in separate parcels of less than 20kg each for ease of handling and shipping. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of NZ Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed within 1 working day.

Our products are delivered with free insurance when you purchase from Zuckerhut. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know upon arrival. Please see below for further details.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
